Four Additional RMA Centers in China Help Provide Enhanced Customer Services for Linksys Customers

Linksys®, a Division of Cisco, the leading provider of VoIP, wireless and networking hardware for the consumer and small business environments, and ModusLink, a leading provider of end-to-end, global supply chain management solutions today jointly announce the grand opening of the Cisco Linksys China RMA Logistic Center in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan province in China. Four additional Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Exchange Centers of Linksys, located in Chengdu, Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen respectively, were also commissioned on the same day. These measures are set to bring greater convenience and time savings for end customers who require a product exchange service, thus enhancing the Linksys customer service offering.

Located in Chengdu Bonded Logistic Center, the Cisco Linksys China RMA Logistic Center is established to provide logistic support to the Linksys RMA Exchange Centers throughout China. Linksys now operates five RMA Exchange Centers nationwide, including the first one opened in Shanghai in May 2007. Consistent with its tradition of providing high quality products and services to customers, the expanded footprint of RMA centers is further testimony to the Linksys strong commitment and determination to develop the China market.

RMA Product Exchange Services
If a customer experiences a problem with a Linksys product, s/he can call the Linksys Technical Support Hotline 800 810 5740 for assistance. Once our technical staff determines that the product hardware is defective, and provided that the product is still under warranty, the customer can exchange the product for a replacement unit through Linksys RMA Exchange Center.
