A recent study of over 5,000 people commissioned by MTV (conducted by TNS) in 12 key Asia-Pacific markets during the first quarter of 2008 shows that 93 percent of those surveyed are passionate about music. Other key indicators reveal that 86 percent play music on a computer, 76 percent play music on an MP3 player and 50 percent have recently downloaded music to their phones.
